I’m a professional chef with over 15 years in the food and beverage industry, classically trained in AAA-rated fine dining with a strong foundation in European and Mediterranean cuisines. My cooking is built around local, seasonal, sustainably-grown ingredients—and I design inventive private dinner and event menus that highlight what you love while carefully accommodating allergies and dietary preferences.

I also create seasonally-driven cocktail lists based on your tastes, and I’m happy to build a drink menu around your event’s theme and the best ingredients of the moment. I travel between Salem, MA and Los Angeles, CA, and I’m available for services in both areas.

Cooking is a passion and an expression of art, so I build each course with intention—balancing flavor, technique, and seasonality to create a meal that feels truly memorable.

I bring fine-dining training into your home

I’m classically trained in Greater Boston-area restaurants such as 80 Thoreau, Catalyst, and 62 Restaurant and Wine Bar, and I translate that fine-dining experience into a comfortable at-home setting—without the crowded, noisy restaurant.

I keep it joyful and guest-focused

My secret in the kitchen is simple: I always have fun with it—and that mindset helps me stay flexible, collaborative, and focused on creating an experience you and your guests genuinely enjoy.
